Since 2000, Tiffany has owned and run hotel, restaurant and property companies with her husband in France, initially in the Dordogne and currently in the foothills of the French Pyrenees near Perpignan. She has always had an interest in food and health but discovered that the 2 could be combined in 2014 when she embarked upon her studies concurrently to running the restaurant. She graduated from the BSc (Hons) Nutritional Science in 2019 and the NTPD in 2020 and on the way fell in love with academia and the way education is delivered over distance. She has her own practice in the village and enjoys a varied career seeing some 1-1 clients for nutritional therapy and coaching, educating groups and delivering modules for CNELM while continuing to run the property business.
Tiffany is Module Leader for the Coaching in Personalised Practice module for the PNPD programme and is also Module Leader for the Level 6 Nutrition Enterprise module for both the BSc and PNPD programmes. She is a contributing lecturer. In her role as Module Leader she is a marker and assessor.
