Chris studied sociology at Exeter University. After completing his degree, he worked as a Personnel and Training Officer in an engineering factory in Scotland. He later worked for the House of Fraser and Thorn EMI Computeraid as a Management Trainer and Consultant. Chris began working for himself in 1990, and since then has worked in this country and abroad as a Trainer, Developer, Coach and Consultant with clients in both the public and private sector. He is a Practitioner, Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer of NLP and is also qualified to use a variety of psychometric instruments.
Chris has been working with CNELM since 2008. He continues to develop coaching modules with his team of Coach Trainers and Supporters; and generously shares his extensive experience with students and staff. Chris is Lead Coach Trainer for Coaching modules from the PNPD and CNELM’s Why Weight Practitioner course. Chris contributes some lectures on relevant degree modules. Chris is a support marker and assessor.
