Fiona Ambrose

BSc Programme Manager, Module Leader and Research Supervisor, Lecturer

Fiona graduated in 2008 with a first class honours degree in nutritional therapy taught at CNELM and ran a nutritional therapy practice for a few years. Prior to her nutritional training, Fiona was an accountant and worked for many years in the NHS, and in later years for a pharmaceutical company. Fiona has completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education to support her teaching role. 

Fiona in her role as Programme Manager for the BSc Hons Nutritional Science programme is also Module Leader for Level 6 Personalised Nutrition Interventions, Co-module Leader for Level 4 Public Health Nutrition,  and Co-module Leader for Level 6 Contemporary Issues in Food & Nutrition from the undergraduate BSc programme. Fiona is also a Research Supervisor and is a Contributing Lecturer. She is a member of the Senior Academic Team.
