CNELM has been a collaborative partner of Middlesex University (MDX), London since 2003. The MSc and PGDip in Personalised Nutrition that we teach are validated and quality assured by MDX. Graduate receive a MDX certificate in collaboration with CNELM, on successful completion and are invited to attend a graduation ceremony at their London campus.

Qualifi is a recognised UK awarding organisation regulated in England by the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual). Qualifi provides external oversight of the quality of the Personalised Nutrition Practice Diploma (PNPD). Graduates of the PNPD receive a Qualifi Endorsed Certificate.

RSM (Royal Society of Medicine), London was established in 1805, is a registered charity and membership organisation. Most CNELM students are registered with the RSM to benefit from their rich history and to access a wide collection of e-books, electronic journals and medical databases, as well as access to webinars and other resources to support their studies. Students within access to London can also benefit from their physical library.

CNELM is a member of the Health Food Manufacturers' Association (HFMA), a not-for-profit organisation that was founded in 1965 to represent the interests of manufacturers and suppliers of specialist health products in the UK. Our students have access to their resources.

The NTEC accredits courses for nutritional therapy. The MSc/PG Dip in Personalised Nutrition combined with CNELM’s Personalised Nutrition Practice Diploma (PNPD) are accredited by NTEC. Accredited courses demonstrate having met the Core Curriculum and National Occupational Standards for Nutritional Therapy.

The CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council) is the independent regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners. Protection of the public is the sole purpose of the CNHC. CNHC’s register is an Accredited Register approved by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care a body accountable to Parliament. The CNHC sets the Core Curriculum for Nutritional Therapy training. The CNHC regulates within the UK Borders.

Skills for Health works collaboratively with the NTEC to write the competencies required for nutritional therapy practice. NOS (National Occupational Standards) must meet the quality criteria set down by the UK NOS Panel who are responsible for the approval of the NOS. The NOS are reviewed when there is sufficient evidence for change. Skills for Health own the copyright of the NOS.

BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine) is the professional body for Nutritional Therapists that have completed NTEC accredited courses for Nutritional Therapy. Graduates practising as a nutritional therapist in the UK must register with the CNHC to become a full professional practising member of BANT. Graduates of the MSc or PGDip in Personalised Nutrition without the PNPD can apply for full non-practising membership with BANT.

FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists) is an international professional association. The FHT has accredited CNELM’s Dietary Educator Certificate (DEC). On successful completion of this course graduates are eligible to apply to register as a Dietary Educator with the FHT.

ANLP (The Association for NLP) is an International Association for NLP Professionals. Students that meet verification standards for the ‘NLP Practitioner Certificate’ can apply for professional membership with the ANLP.

UKCPD The UK College of Personal Development verifies the NLP Practitioner Course taught at CNELM and awards an NLP Practitioner Certificate to students that successfully complete the course.

CNELM is currently pursuing approval for the Nutrition and Health Coach Diploma (NHCD) with the UK and International Health Coaching Association (UKIHCA). Kate Neil CNELM's Founder is a member of UKIHCA's external Standards Review Group.
