Caroline completed the BSc Hons Nutritional Therapy with first class honours at CNELM in 2015 and the MSc in Personalised Nutrition with CNELM in 2020. Caroline also completed clinically applied training in Pyscho-neuroimmunology with the Natura Foundation in 2016. Caroline specialises in mental health, cancer support and sports nutrition. She is a self-employed registered nutritional therapist. Prior to studying nutrition Caroline held senior roles in sales and marketing and had owned and managed a small business in the hospitality sector.

Caroline is Module Leader for Level 4 Personalised Dietary Education for BSc students. In this role she is a contributing lecturer, marker and assessor. Caroline is also a Contributing Lecturer for Level 7 Personalised Sports Nutrition and is a support marker for Level 7 Personalised Nutrition and Longevity and Personalised Nutrition and Chronic Illness. Caroline also supervises students completing Dietary Educator consultations.
