Patricia holds a MSc in Public Health Nutrition with distinction from the University of Southampton, where she was awarded the Faculty of Medicine’s Dean’s List Award for Outstanding Achievement. She is currently a visiting academic at the University of Southampton where she continues to work on and disseminate her research exploring the relationship between food insecurity and metabolic health. She has a first class honours degree in Nutritional Science from CNELM, validated by Middlesex University and a distinction in CNELM’s Nutritional Therapy Practice Diploma.

Patricia’s roles include Module Leader for Level 4 Thinking Critically, Level 5 Nutrition in Practice and Research Methods, Research Project Supervisor, Learning Resource Manager and she is a member of the Senior Academic Team.
