Nic graduated from ION in 2011 and then gained a first-class honours degree in Nutritional Science with CNELM in 2013 and completed an MSc in Reproduction and Development at The University of Bristol in 2015.  She operated her own nutrition and wellbeing practice from 2011-2021, alongside working at DNA Health in the UAE (2014-2017) as part of multi-disciplinary functional medicine team.  Her BSc research “Obesity and Male Fertility: A Mechanism Review” was presented at European Congress on Obesity in 2013. She chaired the Allied Health Professional Session at the Gulf Obesity Surgery Society Conference in 2014; and presented work at United Nations Climate Change Conference in Paris 2015. Nic is co-author of “Nutrition for Gastric Band Wearers: A Practical Handbook”, published in 2015. Nic is also a qualified and practicing yoga and meditation teacher and is currently immersed in a regeneration project on an organic farm in Andalusia.

Between 2017-2022 Nic was an MSc Research Supervisor with CNELM. Nic now visits as a guest lecturer and offers twice weekly online relaxation sessions for students and staff.
