Anna studied Computer Science in Greece. She worked as a Software Engineer and Designer managing software development in both the private and government sectors in Greece and the UAE. Being passionate about the significance of nutrition in health and disease, Anna studied Nutrition and achieved a Distinction for the MSc degree in Personalised Nutrition from CNELM and validated by Middlesex University. She had previously completed training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a Health Coach and certified in NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP). Anna was running a Nutrition Education and Health Coaching practice in Cape Town until 2019 and since then is continuing the same work remotely with clients in Europe and South Africa having a special interest in chronic illness particularly in autoimmune disorders and cardiovascular disease. Anna completed a Postgraduate Certificate of Higher Education in 2021 with Middlesex University.
Anna is a Module Leader for the Level 5 Applied Pathophysiological Reasoning on the BSc programme and co-Leader for the Level 7 Personalised Nutrition and Chronic Illness on the MSc/PG Dip programme. As Module Leader she is a Contributing Lecturer, marker and assessor.
