Principal Component Analysis (PCA) was used to investigate a panel test of markers of mitochondrial function in clients of a Nutritional Therapy clinic with ME/CFS. Using results from both before and after a nutritional intervention a logistic regression models were constructed, and compared, that utilised either the extracted components and most highly loaded items on each component.
